Locust, Ste. 501 <br />Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />nn <br />2 D <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />CD <br />—C <br />Com) <br />THIS DEED is dated and executed this day of A p )'' , 2022, <br />by Zachary Butz, Successor Trustee, and is with reference to Deed of Trust wherein Alvin L. <br />Gosda and Cyndia L. Gosda, husband and wife, are Beneficiary and Michael W. Daniels and <br />Victoria W. Daniels, husband and wife, are Trustor and Ronald S. Depue is Trustee; <br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the <br />payment of valuable consideration, did execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on October 30, <br />2013, and identified as Document No. 201308678, conveying to Trustee, his successors and <br />assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />Lot Eight (8), Block Three (3), Kernohan and Decker's Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPT a certain tract of land more <br />particularly described in Book 66, Page 81 <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested that <br />the estate conveyed by the said Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore <br />mentioned and described be now released to said Trustor. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey and quitclaim unto <br />said Trustor all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and <br />through the above-described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and privileges <br />thereunto belonging or appertaining. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />SS: <br />4 <br />e foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me on <br />/Y/ ..SD, „240.70. , by Zachary Butz, Successor Trustee. <br />GENERAL NOTARY - State of Nebraska <br />GAIL HAMPTON <br />My Comm.
