Stehlik, Attorneyat Law, Trustee, and is with reference to Deed of Trust wherein <br />McDermott Family Limited Partnership is Beneficiary and Tuxhorn Investments, LLC, a <br />Nebraska limited liability company, is Trustor and Mitchell C. Stehlik, Attorney at Law, is <br />Trustee; <br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the <br />payment of valuable consideration, did execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on March 1, <br />2021, and identified as Document No. 202101652, conveying to Trustee, his successors and <br />assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />Lot Three (3), Block Forty (40), Original Town of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested that <br />the estate conveyed by the said Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore <br />mentioned and described be now released to said Trustor. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey and quitclaim unto <br />said Trustor all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and <br />through the above-described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and privileges <br />thereunto belonging or appertaining. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />SS: <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />MITCHELL C.
