WARRANTY DEED <br />That GRANTOR, Janice Budd, a single person, for good and valuable consideration received, <br />conveys to Shannon M. Latimer, Heather R. Triggs and Justin D. Budd, GRANTEES, as joint <br />tenants and not as tenants in common, all of her right, title and interest in and to the following <br />described real estate: <br />Lot 18, Buhrman's Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />GRANTOR expressly reserves to herself and her assigns, the full benefit and use of the <br />above-described premises for and during her natural life. <br />GRANTOR covenants with the GRANTEES that GRANTOR: <br />1.
