Byrne, Trustee, for the benefit of RLS Corporation, a Nebraska <br />corporation, as Beneficiary, dated October 26, 2018, and recorded as Instrument No. 201807171 in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, Nebraska, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has <br />requested in writing that this Trustee's Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed <br />by its endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment, and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest <br />and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following: <br />That part of Lot One (1) in Block Six (6) in the Third Addition to the Village of Cairo, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, that lies north of Highway #2. <br />AND <br />A tract of land comprising that part of Railway Street, that part of Nubia Street, and <br />that part of the alley lying east of and adjacent to the east side of Lot One (1), Block <br />Six (6), Third Addition to the Village of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska, all of the above <br />lying north of the Northerly right of way line of Highway #2 in the Village of Cairo, <br />Nebraska. <br />Dated: (A.!
