<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by RUSSELL S BAKER AND
<br />PAMELA M BAKER, HUSBAND AND WIFE, Beneficiary named therein dated NOVEMBER 20, 1998, and recorded

<br />County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
