<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by RAYMOND R BADSTEEN AND
<br />CAROLINE G BADSTEEN, HUSBAND AND WIFE, Beneficiary named therein dated February 1, 1995 and recorded
<br />February 2, 1995 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, in DOCUMENT # 95- 100633of said
<br />County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
