<br />Douglas G. Fotinos and Beth M. Fotinos, husband and wife, GRANTORS, do hereby
<br />quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell and confirm unto James R. Shurigar and Amanda K. Shurigar,
<br />GRANTEES, as tenants in common and not as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, for One
<br />Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the following described real estate (as
<br />defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. §76-201) in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />A tract of land beginning at a point One Thousand Three Hundred Twenty
<br />Feet (1,320') North of the Southeast (SE) corner of Section Thirty Five (35),
<br />Township Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12) West, thence West Five Hundred
<br />Sixty Three and One Tenth Feet (563.1') thence South Three Hundred Eighty Six
<br />and Nine Tenths Feet (386.9') thence East Five Hundred Sixty Three and One
<br />Tenth Feet (563.1'), thence North Three Hundred Eighty Six and Nine Tenths Feet
<br />(386.9') to the point of beginning, comprising Five (5) acres more or less, all in
<br />Section Thirty Five (35), Township Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the
<br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E1/2NE1/4) of Section Twenty
<br />Eight (28), Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, Excepting a tract of land Deeded to the County of Hall, State
<br />of Nebraska, in Quit Claim Deed filed June 3, 1971 in Book 164, Page 334 more
<br />particularly described as follows: A tract of land situated along the north line of
<br />the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of Section Twenty
<br />Eight (28), Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the
<br />northwest corner of said Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(NE1/4), thence running south along the west line of said Northeast Quarter
<br />(NE1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) a distance of Fifty -Five (55.0) feet,
<br />thence running east parallel to and Fifty -Five (55.0) Feet south of the north line of
<br />said Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) a distance of
<br />approximately One Thousand Three Hundred Three and Seven Tenths (1,303.7)
<br />feet to a point on the east line of said Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of the Northeast
<br />Quarter (NE1/4), thence running north along the east line of said Northeast Quarter
<br />(NE1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) a distance of Fifty -Five (55.0) feet to the
<br />northeast corner of said Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(NE1/4), thence running west along the north line of said Northeast Quarter
<br />(NE1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) a distance of approximately One
<br />Thousand Three Hundred Three and Seven Tenths (1,303.7) feet to the point of
<br />beginning.
<br />Grantors reserve to themselves, for and during their lifetime, the full benefit and use of the
