<br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, Cornerstone Bank, York Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated
<br />November 10, 2021, executed by Innate Development 2, LLC, whose address is 1201 Allen Dr #240, Grand
<br />Island, NE 68803-3333; A Nebraska Limited Liability Company ("Trustor") in which Cornerstone Bank,
<br />York, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, and recorded November 10, 2021
<br />as Instrument No 202109565, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has received
<br />from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to partially reconvey, reciting that part of the sums
<br />secured by such Deed of Trust have been paid and a portion of the property described below have been
<br />surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for a partial release.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby partially reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled therein, only the following interest derived to the undersigned under the Deed of Trust in the
<br />following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lots One (1) through Eleven (11) and Outlot "A", Legacy 34 First Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />This is a partial release given as to the above described real estate only, and the Deed of Trust
<br />being partially released hereby shall remain in effect as to all other real estate described therein.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, has caused this Partial Deed of
<br />Reconveyance to be executed by Aaron Purvis, Chief Credit Officer and has caused its corporate seal to be
<br />hereunto affixed this on April 7, 2022.
