QUITCLAIM DEED <br />CONTINENTAL GARDENS HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, a Non -Profit Nebraska Corporation, <br />grantor, in consideration of Six hundred and no/100 Dollars ($600.00), quitclaims to Donald L and <br />Rebecca S Owings, Grantees, conveys all of the Grantor's rights, title, and interest to GRANTEE, the <br />following described real estate, (as defined in Neb. Rev.
