That Note in the original amount of $60,000.00 and dated April 11, 2019, wherein Michael Jon Lagsding and Rhoda Jo Shurigar, Borrowers, promised to pay Sharilyn Kay Lagsding Newman, Barbara Jean Lagsding Austin and Larry Lagsding (joined in by his wife Anna Marie Lagsding), Lenders, according to the terms and conditions contained therein; 2. As well as, the corresponding Deed of Trust dated April 11, 2019, wherein Michael Jon Lagsding and Rhoda Jo Shurigar, as Trustors, in which Sharilyn Kay Lagsding Newman, Barbara Jean Lagsding Austin, and Larry Lagsding (joined in by his wife, Ann Maria Lagsding) are named as the beneficiaries and Susan Koenig, Licensed Attorney, named as the original Trustee, and filed for record April 12, 2019, as Document No. 201902090, in the Register of Deeds Office in the Records of Hall County, Nebraska. The trust property affected is legally described as follows: Lot Thirty-two (32) in First Addition to "Holcomb's Highway Homes" being a subdivision of Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4NE1/4) and Part of Lot Four (4) (Mainland), all in Section Twenty- eight (28), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska. And therefore, the interest of the Estate Barbara Jean Lagsding Austin, aka: Barbara Jean Austin in the above is hereby granted, assigned and transferred to Chris Tyler and Shanda Kendall, in equal shares, thereto, together with all rights accrued or to accrue under said Note and Deed of Trust. The same is acknowledged herein by the Trustors of the Deed of Trust and the Borrowers under the Note, they being one and the same: Michael Jon Lagsding and Rhoda Jo Shurigar.
