That Note in the original amount of $60,000.00 and dated April 11, 2019, wherein <br />Michael Jon Lagsding and Rhoda Jo Shurigar, Borrowers, promised to pay Sharilyn Kay <br />Lagsding Newman, Barbara Jean Lagsding Austin and Larry Lagsding (joined in by his wife <br />Anna Marie Lagsding), Lenders, according to the terms and conditions contained therein; <br />2. As well as, the corresponding Deed of Trust dated April 11, 2019, wherein Michael <br />Jon Lagsding and Rhoda Jo Shurigar, as Trustors, in which Sharilyn Kay Lagsding Newman, <br />Barbara Jean Lagsding Austin, and Larry Lagsding (joined in by his wife, Ann Maria Lagsding) <br />are named as the beneficiaries and Susan Koenig, Licensed Attorney, named as the original <br />Trustee, and filed for record April 12, 2019, as Document No. 201902090, in the Register of <br />Deeds Office in the Records of Hall County, Nebraska. The trust property affected is legally <br />described as follows: <br />Lot Thirty-two (32) in First Addition to "Holcomb's Highway Homes" being <br />a subdivision of Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter <br />(NE1/4NE1/4) and Part of Lot Four (4) (Mainland), all in Section Twenty- <br />eight (28), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th <br />P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />And therefore, the interest of the Estate Barbara Jean Lagsding Austin, aka: Barbara Jean <br />Austin in the above is hereby granted, assigned and transferred to Chris Tyler and Shanda <br />Kendall, in equal shares, thereto, together with all rights accrued or to accrue under said Note <br />and Deed of Trust. The same is acknowledged herein by the Trustors of the Deed of Trust and <br />the Borrowers under the Note, they being one and the same: Michael Jon Lagsding and Rhoda Jo <br />Shurigar.
