<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by PAUL T MEYER
<br />AND PEGGY MEYER. HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated MARCH 13, 2000 and recorded
<br />MARCH 20, 2000 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument 200002156 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:

<br />FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID SECTION
<br />NINETEEN (19), THENCE RUNNING WESTERLY ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID
<br />SECTION NINETEEN (19) THENCE RUNNING THIRTEEN AND ONE THIRD (13 1/3)
<br />RODS, THENCE SOUTHERLY EIGHTEEN (18) RODS; THENCE RUNNING EASTERLY
