FULL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: I +`
<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Robert M.
<br />Rockford, a single person, and Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee for
<br />the benefit Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation, Beneficiary named therein, and recorded
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on June 8, 1994 as Instrument
<br />Number 94- 104876, has been paid.
<br />WHEREAS, said Beneficiary has requested that the Full Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
