<br />LOGAN E. MARING and VIRGINIA K. MARING, husband and wife, GRANTOR, does hereby
<br />quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell and confirm unto LOGAN E. MARING and VIRGINIA K. MARING as joint
<br />tenants with rights of survivorship, husband and wife, GRANTEES, for One Dollar ($1.00) and other good
