GIESENHAGEN, a single man, is Trustor, HOWARD <br />E. TRACY, Attorney, is Trustee, and MEADOW RANCH CO., a Colorado <br />corporation, is Beneficiary of the following described real <br />estate, to -wit: <br />Lots One (1) through Twelve (12), inclusive, in Francis <br />Court Subdivision in Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />Acting pursuant to the request of the Beneficiary given on <br />September 17, 2001, the Trustee hereby reconveys to the person or <br />persons entitled thereto only the following portion of the above <br />described real estate, to -wit: <br />Lot Eleven (11) in Francis Court Subdivision in Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />No lot other than the above described Lot Eleven (11) is <br />hereby released from the Deed of Trust.
