I am an attorney in Hall County, Nebraska and have been engaged in the practice of law for <br />more than 40 years; <br />2. Susan M. Koenig who prepared the Warranty Deed recorded as Document #202101842 was <br />my law partner and she and I were both well acquainted with the Schwieger family whose <br />names appeared in the Warranty Deed as Grantors for the following real estate: <br />The Southerly Seventy (70) Feet of Lot Six (6) and the Southerly <br />Seventy (70) Feet of the Westerly Fourteen and Four Tenths (14.4) <br />Feet of Lot Seven (7) in Block Four (4) in South Park, a Subdivision <br />of part of the Northeast Quarter (NE '/) of Section Twenty One (21) <br />in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., <br />Hall County, Nebraska; <br />3. I know of my own knowledge that John Schweiger referred to in the Warranty Deed should <br />have been spelled John Schwieger and that the spelling was an inadvertent error; <br />4. I know of my own knowledge that Steve Schweiger referred to in the Warranty Deed should <br />have been spelled Steve Schwieger and that the spelling was an inadvertent error; <br />5. John Schwieger is one of the same person as John Schweiger notwithstanding the difference <br />in spelling of his name; and <br />6.
