Rapien and Marianne Rapien, husband and wife ("Seller"), <br />and Y & M Holdings, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company ("Purchaser"). <br />RECITALS: <br />WHEREAS, Seller is the owner of the property described as: <br />Lots One (1) and Two (2), Rapien Second Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />(the "Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the parties have entered into an Agreement of Sale & Purchase for the Property dated <br />February 15, 2022, and an Agreement for Right of First Refusal to Purchase Real Estate dated <br />VI &C C k t , 2022, (the "Agreements"); and <br />WHEREAS, Seller has granted Purchaser a right of first refusal to purchase the Property upon the <br />terms and conditions as set forth in the Agreements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Seller and Purchaser hereby execute this notice for the purpose of <br />acknowledging the parties' respective interests, rights and obligations with respect to the Property under the <br />terms and conditions of the Agreement of Sale & Purchase by recording this notice in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
