<br />The undersigned is Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated August 11, 2000 and executed by
<br />Dale Semm and Diane Serum, as husband and wife.
<br />The Bank of Clarks is named in the Deed of Trust as beneficiary. The Deed of Trust is
<br />recorded as instrument number 0200006638 in the real estate records in the office of the Hall
<br />County Registrar of Deeds, Grand Island, Nebraska. The undersigned Trustee has received
<br />written request to reconvey from the Beneficiary.
<br />Therefore, in accordance with the request and the provisions of the Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the Trustor(s), all of the
<br />estate and interest derived to the undersigned under the Deed of Trust in the following described
<br />real estate to -wit:
<br />Westerly 13 feet and 2 inches of Fractional Lot Eight (8), and the Easterly 39 feet and 8
<br />inches of Fractional Lot Seven (7), in block Thirteen (13), of Rollin's Addition and the Westerly
<br />13 feet and 2 inches of Fractional Lot Eight (8), the Easterly 39 feet and 8 inches of Fractional
<br />Lot Seven (7), in Block Four (4), in Arnold and Abbott's Addition, both being Additions to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />In Witness, the Trustee has caused this Deed of Reconveyance to be executed on this 14`"
