AFFIDAVIT OF LOST DEED OF TRUST /MORTGAGE <br />1. I, Jenice Sabra, am of lawful age and have been duly sworn upon <br />oath according to law. <br />2. I have personal knowledge about the facts contained in this Affidavit. <br />3. I am employed as Assistant Vice President for TMS Mortgage Inc., a New <br />Jersey corporation, dba The Money Store. <br />4. I am a custodian of records for The Money Store and I am authorized to <br />submit this Affidavit on its behalf. <br />5. I submit this Affidavit based upon my review of the books and records <br />maintained by The Money Store in the normal, regular course of its <br />business as a real estate lending company. <br />6. The Money Store is the owner, holder, and entity entitled to enforce that <br />certain Deed of Trust/Mortgage dated May 26, 1998 and made by <br />Jeff Rewerts <br />for property located at: 302 West Pine St., doniphan, NE 68832. <br />7. The Deed of Trust/Mortgage is in the original principal amount of <br />$ 14,800.00. A copy of this Deed of Trust/Mortgage is attached hereto, made a <br />part hereof and marked Exhibit "A ". <br />8.
