<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed
<br />by Randall R Gates and Maureen L Gates, Husband and Wife to COLUMBUS
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, Trustee for the benefit of COLUMBUS FEDERAL
<br />SAVINGS BANK, the beneficiary named therein, dated February 14, 1996 and
<br />recorded February 15, 1996 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska as Document # 96- 101089 has been paid, and said beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered
<br />as confirmed by its endorsement below;

<br />the requests of the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by
<br />these presents, grant, remise and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
