That the undersigned Affiant is the surviving spouse of Raymond J. Buettner who died July 3, 1997, as shown by the Certified Copy of the Death Certificate attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and by this reference incorporated herein. 2. That the Affiant and the Decedent, Raymond J. Buettner, were husband and wife on the date of the Decedent's death. 3. That on July 3, 1997, Affiant and Decedent were the sole owners as joint tenants with rights of survivorship of the real estate legally described as follows: Lot Five (5), Block Five (5), Bonnie Brae Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. 4. That by virtue of the survivorship of the Affiant, Affiant became the sole owner of the above described property. 5. That this Affidavit is given as evidence that pursuant to Nis Rev, Sri 5 77 -2003, no inheritance tax lien arising due to the death of the Decedent can attach to the above - described real estate and that pursuant to § 77 -2012, Neb. Rev. Stat., no Nebraska estate tax lien arising due to the death of the Decedent can attach to the above- described property. Further Affiant sayeth not. DATED this day of N , 1997.
