In Consideration of the payment of the debt named therein the Lincoln Federal Savings Bank of
<br />Nebraska hereby releases the mortgage made by James R. Batie and Ruth A. Batie, husband
<br />wife, jointly, each in his own right and as spouse of the other to the Lincoln Federal Savings
<br />Bank of Nebraska on the following described property, situated in Hall County, State of
<br />Nebraska, to wit:

<br />Lot Three (3) in Amick Acres Second Subdivision; a part of the North Half (N1/2) of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4) and part of the South Half (S1/2) of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(NW1 /4) of Section Two (2), Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th
<br />P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />being the same mortgage which is recorded in Book x of Real Estate Mortgages, at Page x or
<br />as Instrument Number 78- 000081 of the records of Hall County, Nebraska.
