Box 400 <br />Grand Island, NE 68802 <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust which is reconveyed, herein, is: Dated <br />July 5, 2005. Trustor Darrel R. Olson and Linda M. Olson. Trustee Galen E. Stehlik. <br />Beneficiary is the Trustee of the Loyola M. Rosno Revocable Living Trust. And, recorded in <br />Instrument Book 0200506217 on July 11, 2005. The Beneficiary has represented to the Trustee <br />that either the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust has been paid in full, or that the lien of the <br />Deed of trust should be reconveyed, nevertheless. The Beneficiary's request for reconveyance <br />has been directed to the Trustee in writing. <br />IN CONSIDERATION OF THE WRITTEN REQUEST OF THE Beneficiary, the <br />Trustee hereby reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the right, title, interest and <br />claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of trust referred to above.
