<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE -CORPORATION
<br />WHEREAS, FIRST NEBRASKA BANK, A Nebraska Corporation by and through BROOKE DREES,
<br />it's authorized officer, FIRST NEBRASKA BANK_as trustee under the trust deed dated JULY 18, 2019 executed by
<br />GUANG XIN YE and CELINA Q WANG, husband and wife in which FIRST NEBRASKA BANK is named as
<br />beneficiary and said corporation as trustee, and recorded in INSTRUMENT# 201904320 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of HALL County, State of NEBRASKA, has received from First Nebraska Bank the beneficiary
<br />thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed have been fully paid and
<br />that such trust deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee, for
<br />cancellation:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />corporation by and through its authorized officer, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons entitled thereto, namely: GUANG XIN YE and CELINA Q WANG, husband and wife the estate now
<br />held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />LOT SIX (6), BLOCK TWO (2), WOODLAND PARK FIRST SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />The property located in Hall county at: 4164 Texas Ave, Grand Island, Nebraska 68803
