<br />WHEREAS, Cornerstone Bank, York Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated February 13, 2014
<br />executed by Barry A Mccoun and Barbara J Mccoun; Husband and Wife, as Trustor(s) in which Cornerstone Bank,
<br />York, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, and recorded February 14, 2014, in Instrument
<br />No. 201400857 of Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from
<br />the current Beneficiary, a written request to partially reconvey, reciting that part of the sums secured by such Deed of
<br />Trust have been paid and a portion of the property described below have been surrendered to the undersigned, asTrustee
<br />for a partial release.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby partially reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />therein, only the following interest derived to the undersigned under the Deed of Trust in the following described real
<br />estate, to -wit:
<br />Lots Seven (7) and Nine (9), In Foster's Subdivision of Wood Lawn Subdivision, A part of the Southeast Quarter of
<br />the Northeast Quarter (SE1/4NE1/4) And part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE1/4SE1/4) of
<br />Section Twenty Four (24), Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M. Hall County Nebraska
<br />This is a partial release given as to the above described real estate only, and the Deed of Trust being
<br />partially released hereby shall remain in effect as to all other real estate described therein.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, has caused this Partial Deed of Reconveyance
<br />to be executed by Aaron Purvis, Chief Credit Officer of Cornerstone Bank and has caused its corporate seal to be
<br />hereunto affixed on February 25, 2022.
