202201682 <br />Legal description of real estate: <br />Lots One (1) Two (2) and Three (3), Block Fourteen (14), H.G. Clarks Addition, City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />Claimant hereby asserts and claims a construction lien on the above- described property <br />for materials and labor furnished to and incorporated into improvements on such real <br />estate as follows: <br />Labor and equipment rented and provided to special grind concrete floor because Kleint Building <br />Construction failed to follow assurance given to claimant to instruct concrete company to not use <br />power trowel upon finishing shop floor. <br />The amount unpaid whether due or not: <br />The Claimant for the service is $8,437.00. Claimant requests interest at the rate of 12% per <br />annum. <br />The last day labor and materials were furnished was: <br />November 15, 2021 <br />Warning.
