STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions, <br />under which the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair, and utilize the following described improvement which <br />will infringe upon a public right of way: <br />To access the City's public right-of-way for installation of buried new main line fiber optics to serve 2711 North <br />Broadwell Avenue, per the attached exhibit "A" dated, 2022/2/2 and consisting of one (1) page. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSEE'S REAL ESTATE. The Licensee owns the following described real estate <br />adjacent to the Licensor's public right of way to which this License Agreement shall apply: <br />A PART OF THE SOUTH HALF OF THE NORTH HALF OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE <br />SOUTHWEST QUARTER (S1/2 N 1/2 NW 1/4 SW1/4) OF SECTION FOUR (4), IN TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) <br />NORTH, RANGE NINE (9), WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, MORE PARTICULARLY <br />DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE EAST BOUNDARY OF HIGHWAY 281, <br />WHICH POINT IS 2065.5 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SECTION FOUR (4), <br />TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9), WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., THENCE EAST AT RIGHT <br />ANGLES TO SAID HIGHWAY, A DISTANCE OF 209 FEET, THENCE NORTH AT RIGHT ANGLES AND <br />PARALLEL TO SAID HIGHWAY, A DISTANCE OF 202.5 FEET, THENCE WEST AT RIGHT ANGLES, A <br />DISTANCE OF 209 FEET, THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID HIGHWAY TO <br />THE POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />
