<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />TERRIE L. THOMAS, A SINGLE PERSON to BANK OF DONIPHAN, PO BOX 270,
<br />DONIPHAN, NEBRASKA, 68832, Trustee for the benefit of BANK OF DONIPHAN, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein dated 09-05-2014 and 04-08-2016 and filed 09-15-2014 and 04-
<br />25-2016 in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, NEBRASKA, recorded as
<br />Instrument #201405814 and #201602474 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been
<br />paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.

<br />of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant,
<br />remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate
