<br />NOMINEE FOR WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, the Original Beneficiary, and
<br />recorded on FEBRUARY 02, 2021 as Instrument No. 202100907 in the Mortgage Records, in the Recorder's Office of HALL
<br />County, State of NEBRASKA.
<br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: LOT THIRTY-SIX (36), BLOCK FOUR (4), PLEASANT VIEW ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
