<br />District Court of Hall County, Case: CI 20-1160, Second Cause of Action.
<br />Know All Men by These Presents, that, whereas, in an action in the District Court of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, wherein CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, Plaintiff and A.C.
<br />NELSEN ENTERPRISES, INC., et al Defendants, of said Court, a decree was rendered, it was
<br />then and there further ordered in the said action that in default of the payment of the sum so found
<br />due by the said Defendants that Rick Conrad, Sheriff of said County of Hall, should cause the
<br />lands and tenements hereinafter described to be advertised and sold according to law to pay the
<br />same, and, whereas, default having been made therein, the said Rick Conrad, Sheriff of said
<br />County, under and by virtue of the said decree and the order of sale to him duly directed, did on
<br />January 5, 2022 in said County of Hall, sell said premises at public auction to Plaintiff CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA for the sum of $820.03, which sale was examined and confirmed
<br />by said Court and the said Rick Conrad as such Sheriff, ordered to convey the said premises in fee
<br />simple to the said CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA.
<br />Now Therefore, I, the said Rick Conrad, Sheriff of the County of Hall, Nebraska as
<br />aforesaid, in consideration of the premises and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law and
<br />the decree of said court, do hereby Give, Grant and Convey to the said CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, its successors and assigns forever the premises so as aforesaid sold, to
<br />wit:
<br />COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL PARK SUBDIVISION PT LT 6, aka THE SOUTH 300 FEET
<br />LESS THE SOUTHMOST 35 FEET OF LOT 6, COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL PARK
<br />SUBDIVISION OF PART OF BLOCK 1, NELSEN SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA, AS SHOWN IN QUIT CLAIM DEED RECORDED IN BOOK 145, PAGE 666;
<br />WARRANTY DEED RECORDED IN BOOK 173, PAGE 275; AND DOCUMENT NO. 77-
