Myers and Heather Myers, husband and wife, and Kelly J. Myers and Leigh A. Myers, husband wife, and Kirby L. <br />Myers and Denise D. Myers, husband and wife, hereinafter called "Trustors" have previously made, executed and <br />delivered to Western National Bank as Trustee and Western National Bank as Beneficiary, a certain Deed of Trust, <br />which Deed of Trust was recorded on March 15, 2018, recorded as Document Number 201801623 in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, relating to the following described real property, to -wit: <br />The Northeast Quarter of (NE1/4) of Section 33, Township 12 North, Range 12 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County <br />Nebraska. <br />4944 North Cameron Road, Cairo, NE 68824 <br />Said Deed of Trust was given to secure, among other things a certain Promissory Note dated December 21, 2021, in the <br />original principal sum of $600,000.00. Said Indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust has not been paid in full. Said <br />Deed of Trust is hereby modified to reflect the changed loan amount. The said Deed of Trust shall constitute a valid and <br />subsisting lien and shall secure said Indebtedness as modified, together with all renewals, extensions and modifications <br />thereof.
