Earnest, husband <br />and wife and Brian Earnest, a single person, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One <br />Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Bryan J.
