BRUMMUND, GRANTEE, the <br />following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. §76-201): <br />The East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E'/2SE'/4) of Section Twenty-five (25), <br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska; and <br />The South Half of the Northwest Quarter (S'/2NW') of Section Thirty-six <br />(36), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom the tract of land described in Warranty <br />Deed recorded in Book 151, Page 71 in the Hall County Register of Deeds <br />Office, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest <br />corner of said tract, thence easterly along and upon the Northerly boundary <br />thereof a distance of Four Hundred Thirty-five and Six Tenths Feet (435.6'); <br />thence Southerly and parallel with the Westerly side of said tract and at right <br />angles a distance of Two Hundred Feet (200'); thence Westerly at right angles <br />and parallel with the Northerly side of said tract a distance of Four Hundred <br />Thirty-five and Six Tenths Feet (435.6'); thence Northerly along and upon the <br />center of the road West of said tract a distance of Two Hundred Feet (200') to <br />the point of beginning; and <br />The East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E'/2NE'/4) and the East 330' of <br />Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SW'/4NE1/4) of Section Thirty-six <br />(36), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska; and The Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter <br />(SW'/4NE1/4) except the East 330' of Section Thirty-six (36), Township Ten <br />(10) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; and <br />The Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NW'/4NE'/4) of Section <br />Thirty-six (36), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th <br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br />subject to easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of record. <br />GRANTOR has determined that the GRANTEE is the person entitled to distribution <br />
