McDermott, <br />Trustee; Tommy L. Ummel, Sr., Beneficiary; and Casey J. Williams and Misti A. Williams, Trustors. <br />WHEREAS, Trustors, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the <br />payment of said valuable consideration, did execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on September 6, <br />2012, recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of the County of Hall and identified as document <br />number 201207458, conveys to Trustee, John B. McDermott, successors or assigns, a certain parcel of <br />real estate described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />Lot Two (2), Hann's Fifth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested that the <br />estate conveyed by the said Deed of Trust in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and described be <br />now released to said Trustors. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey and quitclaim unto said <br />Trustors all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and through the <br />above-described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging or <br />appertaining. <br />.
