Lot Sixteen (16), Block Two (2), Sothman's Subdivision to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from Mountain West Financial, Inc., a <br />California Corporation, Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on June 28, 1999, in the office <br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 99- 106479. <br />On or about June 23, 1999, Mountain West Financial, Inc., a California Corporation, Beneficiary, <br />assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage <br />Corporation.
