<br />You are hereby notified that Dale R. Davis and Catherine A. Davis, as husband and wife, as
<br />Trustors, did on or about October 3, 1997, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a
<br />Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following- described real
<br />property:
<br />The South Fifty (50) Feet of Lots Four (4), Five (5) and Six (6), Block Nine
<br />(9), in Brett and Johnson's Addition to the Town of Wood River, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Norwest Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary of
<br />said Deed of Trust which was recorded on October 7, 1997, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 97- 108362.
<br />On or about October 3, 1997, Norwest Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and
<br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The Assignment was
<br />recorded October 24, 1997, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument
<br />No. 97- 108909.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for which
<br />the Trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the Beneficiary
<br />payments which were contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal
<br />balance, together with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause
<br />to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
