Davis, as husband and wife, as <br />Trustors, did on or about October 3, 1997, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a <br />Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following- described real <br />property: <br />The South Fifty (50) Feet of Lots Four (4), Five (5) and Six (6), Block Nine <br />(9), in Brett and Johnson's Addition to the Town of Wood River, Hall <br />County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Norwest Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary of <br />said Deed of Trust which was recorded on October 7, 1997, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 97- 108362. <br />On or about October 3, 1997, Norwest Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and <br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation.
