The Plaintiff was represented by his attorney, Thomas A. <br />Wagoner. The Defendant was represented by his attorney, Mitchell C. Stehlik. Hearing was held <br />in chambers and formal record was waived. <br />The Defendant requests that the Court expunge or cancel a Notice of Lis Pendens that <br />was filed on or about June 10, 2021, by the Plaintiff, Pedro Vasquez against the real property <br />legally described as follows: <br />Lot Two Hundred Six (206), West Lawn Addition, City of Grand Island. <br />Upon being duly advised in the premises, pursuant to NEB.REV.STAT. § 25-531 the Court <br />finds that good cause has been shown to cancel or expunge the Notice of Lis Pendens referred to <br />in the Defendant's Motion and orders the Notice of Lis Pendens and hereby orders that the <br />Notice of Lis Pendens at issue herein be cancelled or expunged. <br />IT IS SO ORDERED. <br />Prepared by: <br />Mitchell C.
