<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by TODD ALLEN
<br />CARPENTER. WENDI SUE CARPENTER DOUGLAS JOHN REDMAN AND NANETTE REDMAN, TODD ALLEN
<br />CARPENTER AND WENDI SUE CARPENTER. HUSBAND AND WIFE, DOUGLAS JOHN REDMAN AND NANETTE
<br />REDMAN, HUSBAND AND WIFE to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED
<br />NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein dated OCTOBER 2, 1995 and recorded OCTOBER 2,
<br />1995 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, AS DOCUMENT NO 95- 106651 of
<br />the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance
<br />be executed and delivered.

<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
