Brown, a single <br />person, as Borrower, to Chicago Title Insurance Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Kevin S. <br />Rathjen and Kamile S. Rathjen, husband and wife, as Lenders, dated October 22, 2014, and <br />recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. <br />201406716, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of <br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below. A Substitution <br />of Trustee has been recorded and the substitute Trustee is Mary J. Livingston, Attorney at Law. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, <br />the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest, and <br />claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following: <br />Lot Twenty Two (22), West Bel Air Fifth Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />Dated this i t/1f day of January, 2022. <br />Kevin .
