<br />Curtis D. Rohrich, Successor Trustee of the Donald L. Rohrich Trust, Grantor, in consideration
<br />of distribution from such trust, conveys to Curtis D. Rohrich, Trustee of the Donald L. Rohrich
<br />Irrevocable Trust, Grantee, an undivided one-half interest in and to the following property in

<br />Section Thirty-four (34), Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12) West of
<br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska
<br />The Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW1/4SE1/4) except railroad
<br />and highway right-of-way, in Section Twenty-seven (27), Township Ten (10)
<br />North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska
<br />The Southwest Quarter of Section Twenty-seven (27), Township Ten (10) North,
<br />Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, except the
<br />right-of-way of the Union Pacific Railroad Company and excepting a tract of land
<br />deeded to the State of Nebraska for highway purposes more particularly described
<br />in Deed recorded in Book 75, Page 6 and also excepting a tract of land deeded to
<br />the State of Nebraska as shown in the Deed recorded in Book 122, Page 343
<br />A tract of land comprising that part of the Northwest Quarter (NW1/4) of Section
<br />Twenty-seven (27), Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th
<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, lying South of Old Military Road, said tract more
<br />particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said
<br />NW1/4; thence running on an assumed bearing of N 90°0'00"E, on the South line
<br />of said NW1/4, for a distance of 2,622.05 feet to the Southeast corner thereof;
<br />thence N 00°06'12"W, on the East line of said NW 1 /4, for a distance of 903.98
<br />feet to a point on the South right of way line of said Old Military Road; thence S
<br />69°33'30"W on said right of way for a distance of 651.74 feet; thence N
<br />89°49'35"W on said right of way for a distance of 2,010.68 feet to a point on the
<br />West line of said NW1/4; thence S 00°04'47"E on the West line of said NW1/4 for
<br />682.45 feet to the point of beginning, said tract containing 42.448 acres more or
<br />less, the Westerly 33.00 feet thereof being McGuire Road right of way
