200109635 <br />Venus King W1575 <br />308 - 389 -8920 N8043 011 <br />Wells Fargo Bank Nebraska, N.A. <br />Second Street Office Loc# 2580 <br />WELLS Home Equity Access Line Rider <br />FARGO <br />(Open end credit with variable rate interest) <br />This Home Equity Access Line Rider is dated 08/22/2001 and is an amendment to the <br />Mortgage or Deed of Trust ( "Mortgage ") of the same date given by the undersigned ( "Borrower ") to secure Borrower's Home <br />Equity Access Line Agreement with WELLS FARGO BANK NEBRASKA , NATIONAL ASSOCIATION <br />("Lender") <br />of the same data covering the property described in the Mortgage and located at: <br />511 FLEETWOOD CIRCLE GRAND ISLAND NE 6880 <br />Property address <br />In addition to the covenants and agreements made in the Mortgage, Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree as follows: <br />1.
