Bredthauer, husband and wife, and Luebs Farms, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation. WHEREAS, Vernon D. Bredthauer and Patricia A. Bredthauer, Husband and Wife, are the owners of the following described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: The West Half of the Northeast Quarter (W1/2NE1/4) of Section Thirty-six (36), Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. WHEREAS, Luebs Farms, Inc., has made certain improvements to said real estate, and the parties desire to reduce to writing their agreement and understanding concerning the ownership to the improvements thereon and their rights of removal. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS: Luebs Farms, Inc. is the sole owners of the following grain bins and all related attachments and equipment located on the northerly portion of said real estate: 1 — 40,000 (approximate) bushel grain bin 3 —11,500 (approximate) bushel grain bins — 27' x 19' 1 — 8,000 (approximate) bushel grain bin — 24' x 19' 1 — 5,000 (approximate) bushel grain bin — 21' x 19' n ' 1 rn o ro to ry Z o to CD CO m CO 0 Vernon D. Bredthauer hereby disclaim any and all interest in and to the above-described bins and equipment, and state and agree that said items are the personal property of Luebs Farms, Inc., and Luebs Farms, Inc., hereby accepts title to the above- described personal property, but not the underlying real estate. Luebs Farms, Inc. may remove, at its option, any or all of the said solely owned grain bins and equipment at any time. THIS AGREEMENT shall be binding upon the heirs, successors and assigns of the parties.
