Saathoff and Gail Saathoff, _, l usband and wife, an undivided <br />one-half interest and Leland Lee Saathoff, A/KA Leland L. aathoff and Eileen C. Saathoff, <br />husband and wife, an undivided one-half interest, herein called the grantor whether one or <br />more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration received from grantees, <br />do grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto GRANTEE'S <br />Michael A. Seda and Roberta K.
