'OVUM, 'I'9 <br />SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED <br />Record and return to: <br />Grand Island Abstract, Escrow & Title Co. <br />704 West 3rd St., Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT, Starostka Group Unlimited, Inc., a Nebraska <br />Corporation, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable <br />consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and <br />confirm unto Evan T. Swartzbaugh and Alayna R.
