<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Venture
<br />North, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company, by its members, Amanda North, Shane
<br />North and Karen North, Trustors, to Jamie Mues Jankovitz, Attorney at Law, Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated April 30, 2021 in which Karen K. North, a single person, is Beneficiary, said
<br />Deed of Trust being recorded May 18, 2021, as Document No. 202104121 of the Records of Hall
<br />County Nebraska, securing an original stated indebtedness of $135,000.00, has been paid or
<br />otherwise satisfied and said beneficiaries have requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the real estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as follows:
<br />Lot (46), Western Heights Third Subdivision, Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
