STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions, <br />under which the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair, and utilize the following described improvement which <br />will infringe upon a public right of way: <br />To access the City's public right-of-way for installation of conduit to serve car charging stations at 1602 West <br />2nd Street, per the attached exhibit "A" dated 2021/11/29 and consisting of one (1) page. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSEE'S REAL ESTATE. The Licensee owns the following described real estate <br />adjacent to the Licensor's public right of way to which this License Agreement shall apply: <br />LOTS ONE (1), TWO (2), THREE (3) FOUR (4), FIVE (5), SIX (6) SEVEN (7) AND EIGHT (8), IN BLOCK <br />TWELVE (12), KERNOHAN AND DECKER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA, AND THAT PAR OF VACATED ALLEY AS SHOWN IN BOOK 9, PAGE 351 AND THAT PART <br />VACATED MONROW STREET AS SHOWN IN ORDINANCE NO. 7816 AND RECORDED AS DOCUMENT <br />NO. 92-106397, EXCEPTING A TRACT DEEDED TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND IN TRUSTEES DEED <br />RECORDED IN BOOK 171, PAGE 252 AND IN CORPORATION WARRANTY DEED FILED AS DOCUMENT <br />NO. 92-109115 AND WARRENTY DEED TO THE STATE OF NEBRASKA DEPARTMENT OF ROADS <br />RECORDED AS DOCUMENT NO. 200611407. <br />3. LICENSEE'S DUTIES AND RISKS. It is understood and agreed that the Licensee may construct, maintain, <br />repair and utilize the above described improvement at the Licensee's sole risk.
