<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust's executed by WAUNITA 
<br />R. DIMMITT AND ROLLAND R. DIMMITT, WIFE AND HUSBAND TO THE BANK OF 
<br />DONIPHAN, P 0 BOX 270, DONIPHAN, NE 68832, Trustee for the benefit of BANK OF 
<br />DONIPHAN, the Beneficiary named therein dated AUGUST 21, 2014 and filed AUGUST 28, 2014, in 
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, NEBRASKA, recorded as Instrument 
<br />#201405305 the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in 
<br />writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
