As Trustees of the Trust, the undersigned know that (a) there are presently, and <br />have been since the inception of the Trust, no other trustees appointed to serve on behalf of the <br />Trust and that the Affiants are the Trustees at this time; (b) said Trust has not been revoked, <br />amended or terminated and is in full force and effect; and (c) said Trust Agreement contains the <br />appropriate language which provides authority for the undersigned to convey the above- <br />described real estate. <br />4.
