WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />LOT NUMBER SEVENTEEN (17) HAVING A LAKE FRONT FOOTAGE OF
<br />SEVENTY -FIVE FEET (75') SITUATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF WEST PORTION
<br />OF KUESTER'S LAKE, A PART OF THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST
<br />QUARTER (E1 /2SW1/4) OF SECTION THIRTEEN (13) IN TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11)
<br />NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
