<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by DOUGLAS W SASS
<br />AND TER] L SASS HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated JULY 19, 2000 and recorded JULY
<br />28, 2000 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument
<br />200006107 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following descri premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />LOT SIX (6) BLOCK THREE (3) COLONIAL ESTATES SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
