OLIVARES and <br />BLANCA L. MENDEZ, husband and wife, as Trustor, to DUANE A. BURNS, Attorney at Law, as <br />Trustee, for the benefit of GRAND ISLAND AREA HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC., A <br />Nebraska Corporation, as Beneficiary, dated December 1, 2005 and recorded in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, Instrument Number 0200512021 and Instrument <br />Number 0200512022 have been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this <br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, <br />the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and <br />claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following: <br />Lot Four (4), Backer Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />(625 East 12th Street, Grand Island, Nebraska). <br />DATED: December 15, 2021 <br />Duane A.
